With over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry as well degrees in Kinesiology and Entrepreneurship, Amanda has spent her career working to improve the health & wellness of those around her. From studying cardiac rehab and joint replacement therapy to becoming a Top-100 trainer and education director at a prestigious health club chain, Amanda has been involved in every aspect of the fitness industry.
Amanda’s unique background of competitive athletics and therapeutic experience allows her to blend a variety of different modalities to create a cohesive and multidisciplinary program for her clients.
Clients of Amanda’s have ranged in age from 8 years old to 96 years young, with a wide range of conditions including cancer, cerebral palsy and Parkinson's as well as former professional athletes and soon-to-be moms.
Outside of Vetta, you can find Amanda trying new restaurants in Chicago with her fiancé and spending time with her large, Italian family and their herd of rescue pets.

Aliyah began her career in fitness as a collegiate sprinter at Missouri Baptist University. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, she began her training career at Equinox where she accumulated over 5 years of experience before transitioning into private personal training. In addition to personal training, Aliyah is the sprint coach for Maine West High School’s Girls Track & Field Team.
Aliyah has used a variety of scientific disciplines as well as her own creativity to tailor her training to all her clients' needs and goals. Her clients range from ages 8 to 79 years old with a variety of backgrounds and accommodations. Currently, Aliyah is overseeing the Youth Speed & Agility programming at Vetta aiming to help young athletes improve their speed and increase their body awareness.
When Aliyah is away from her health and fitness environment she enjoys relaxing and going to record stores, looking for rare jazz albums and anything else that catches her attention.

Nick has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, getting his start as a Personal Trainer and later a Master Instructor at Equinox. Coming from a non-fitness background in college, Nick has made education a priority to best serve his clientele. Learning directly from some of the most well-known coaches and trainers in the health & wellness space, Nick has kept himself on the cutting edge of fitness and continues to impart that knowledge to his clients on a daily basis.
Nick has taken his extensive education and developed a unique and varied programming style, adaptable to the goals and needs of current and future clients.
Nick services a diverse group of clients, ranging in ages 22 to 80. He specializes in functional strength training for the executive athlete and those looking to improve their overall quality of movement.
Outside of fitness, Nick enjoys trail hiking with his fiancé, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, skydiving, reading, watching movies and spending time with his dog, Shadow.

After a stint in the business world, Phil followed his passion to into health and wellness. He has over a decade of personal training experience and spent years as a Master Coach with Equinox where he also worked on developing and teaching fitness curriculum.
Functional fitness for active aging, developing evolving annual training plans to meet the changing needs of executive athletes recreational calendar, and developing rotational power for golf and tennis are his specialties.
If you are interested in golf, it runs through Phil's veins. He grew up in Ohio with his yard butted up against the fairway of a local community course. His first job was as a cart boy for the course and soon joined the grounds crew where he worked on his summer breaks. He spent two of those summers on the grounds crew of the PGA tournament course, Firestone Country Club in Akron, OH. Currently, Phil is certified as a Level 2 Titleist Golf Fitness Specialist and is the Director of the Vetta Golf Fitness Program.
