The Vetta Assessment starts with an in-depth electronic questionnaire. Our questionnaire serves as a launch point to get you thinking of your fitness goals, both short and long term. Following the questionnaire, you’ll meet with your coach who will give you the option for more assessments including a digital posture screen, a bioelectrical impedance body composition scan, gait analysis and more.
From scientifically proven strength and cardiovascular training methods to cutting edge nutrition coaching, Vetta has you covered. Based on your assessment results, your coach will design a fully custom program intended to correct imbalances and deficits as well as start moving towards your fitness goals.

Take your training anywhere with our Virtual Session option. Whether you have a fully equipped home gym or just a few pieces of equipment while you’re on the road, Virtual Sessions will continue to push your limits. This package is ideal for the client who travels frequently or lives remotely part of the year.

Maximize your potential by training In Studio with your coach at one of our 2 private studios, located in Glencoe and Lincoln Park. This is the most ideal option for the client looking to fast track their path to success. Recurring weekly appointments are recommended to reserve your preferred training time.

Never miss a session with a completely custom built program. Your program is designed to work with your schedule, without the need for an appointment with a coach. You’ll start your program with the Vetta Assessment followed up with a 1 month program with up to 12 custom workouts. This is an ideal option for our busiest clients since it requires no recurring appointments and can be adapted to a variety of lifestyles.

Includes a weekly e-mail or phone check-in as well as a 30 minute month-end wrap up call.
